Mayra González is a law graduate with a postgraduate degree in Civil Mercantile Matters and a Master's degree in Civil Procedure.

Thanks to her vast experience working with people, she brings a strong capacity to support and guide individuals on a path of personal growth and goal achievement. As Vice President and Director of Strategic Articulation for the Project — Reconstruction and Future of Venezuela, she plays a key role in strengthening connections, fostering collaboration, and contributing to initiatives that encourage growth, purpose, and the realization of personal goals.

Virggi López

President/Founder

Virggi López is a singer, actress, music producer, and creative entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in business and the arts. Recently trained as a screenwriter and film director, she continues to develop projects in music, creative industries, and entrepreneurial ventures. Together with her husband, Justin, she founded Look Inside Foundation. This foundation represents the natural extension of who she is — uniting creativity, leadership, and purpose to foster personal growth, artistic development, and long-term transformation.

Justin Patton

VP/Founder

Justin Patton graduated in Business Music and Music Law and is a music expert with a strong focus on composition and creative vocal arrangements. He continues to develop new projects within the music industry while actively contributing his passion and talent to creative and entrepreneurial initiatives.

His altruistic and faith-based work began alongside his family as a founder of one of the oldest Christian churches in the Franklin, Tennessee community. For over 10 years, he has been deeply dedicated to mentoring, empowering, and guiding incarcerated youth, particularly within the African American community. Through Look Inside Foundation, he continues to extend his generosity, leadership, and love for the community on a broader and more impactful scale.

Edgar A Puccini

Director of Communications and Inter-Institutional Relations

Edgar Puccini is a Venezuelan creative professional specializing in digital marketing, advertising, and e-commerce. With experience in design, audiovisual production, and brand management, he has worked with recognized national companies. He currently focuses on digital sales, consulting, and content development, and serves as Director of Communications and Inter-Institutional Relations at our foundation, dedicated to supporting and empowering the Latino community in the United States.
